I tend to be the one who says "Moo" in response to being fed cattle
fodder. Being mildly wheat intolerant normally has me one of the most
biased in the room. Even I figure the current anti-wheat fad is over
blown. Wheat or gluten is a problem for maybe ten percent.


I think the elimination of wheat, whether you have Celiac's disease or
not, is extremely important to overall health and weight control.

Read Dr. Davis's book ("Wheat Belly"), it'll explain the science
behind it.

And not only do I *not* think this is a fad, I'd hate to have a large
position in certain food stocks, especially those companies that make
cereals. So let's keep an eye on their stock prices and see who's
right, EH? Heh.
