Default Doughnuts (dumb question)

I like to tell myself that an occasional plain cake doughnut can't be
all that bad, assuming it fits in my calorie count for the day -- but
I think I'm probably in denial. Is there a real difference,
healthwise, between a cake doughnut and a raised doughnut -- that is,
beyond the slight difference in calories? Or are they both equally bad
for you?

You might hate me for this... But I find irony in your posts... You're
obsessing about your poochy belly in one post and justifying eating
doughnuts in another.

Shoot me, but I don't think a doughnut is worth being concerned over if you
eat in moderation, and I don't think a poochy belly is that big of a deal if
you don't want to exercise and eat doughnuts too.

It's all about choices.
