Yes, I though of having it tattooed on my top lip. But then, of course, she
wouldn't notice it!

Just to be sure you get the point, the weight loss phases of
this diet are a very powerful tool. You can get into trouble
if you screw up. Having said that, you are, of course, on
your own.
