Default Food & Exercise -- 7/9/2007

Usual gym stuff this morning, then home the rest of the day. Didn't
go to the pool as it was too hot. (I guess that sounds weird, but it
was over 100 and humid, and it was just unpleasant to be outdoors.)

Food:

* 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ chopped dates & flax seed
* 12:45 (driving home from gym): energy cookie
* 4:45 (home): a bunch of fresh veggies w/ f/f yogurt-based onion dip
* 8:45 (home): turkey burger on 1 slice whole grain bread w/ 3 slices
f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup

Exercise:

* 10:00: Lifting: machine-assisted pull-ups; seated cable rows; bench
press; incline bench press; standing cable flys; machine shoulder
press; standing cable triceps pressdown; standing cable curls, one-
armed; oblique twists w/ cable machine
* 11:00: 65-minute yoga class (We had a substitute teacher and he had
to cut it a bit short to get to another appointment.)
