In my dim and distant youth (30 years ago!) I was all of 110 dripping
wet and had a 20" waist. Now I'd be happy at the 140 mark and with a
waist about 28"! It would be a hell of a lot better than my top weight
of 213 and a 38" waist... Right now I about 166. Like you, I just need
to get serious again.
