Hi, I just stumbled onto this year's 100 days posts on Google. I've
read many of your posts on ASD over the last a few years and at one
point was on the mailing list you set up. I'm in maintenance myself,
so I'm really interested in how people lose and maintain their weight
loss. If I may ask, how much weight do you tend to gain back between
Thanksgiving of one year and 100 days before Thanksgiving of the
following?
