Exactly. I only look at my weight in pounds if I am feeling
masochistic.
Seriously though, if you're tracking ANYWAY, it's actually fun to
track both. You get to celebrate many more milestones, like:
* lost 5 kg
* lost 10 lb
* got under 120 kg
* got under 250 lb
And you even get multiple major milestones like getting under 100 kg
and getting under 200 lb.
I highly recommend tracking both just for the fun of it.
My WW scale is set on kg though.
