Default Rope climbing -- good whole body workout

My point is that many people beyond a relatively modest level of
strength development will find rope climbing, hand over hand (no
legs) easy.


Back when I used to do gymnastics I could go up and down a 30 foot
rope about 10 times only using my hands before I needed a break, and I
mostly had to stop from rope burn rather than fatigue.
