Well here is one. I ended up 3 times in hospital with severe kidney
failure
and was forbidden animal protein, and excess other proteins because I
nearly
died of it.
Anecdotical, but it happens. More than you know. Meanwhile, nearly lost
100
lbs on a healthy WW points diet.
