Mine is this: Aim for about 50% calories from carbohydrate, 25% from
protein, 25% from fat.

YMMV. I have to keep my sodium intake high or my blood pressure gets
too low and I start fainting.
? Target Cholesterol (mg)
The way I understand it now, cholesterol consumption doesn't really
indicate anything that important.
