Default Friday... again.

Susan, you WILL lost again. I'm certain of it.

Rather than a fast, I'd recommend that you seriously consider a refeed
day. Go out somewhere and eat a great dinner -- eat 2500-3000
calories for the day or so. Then do a couple of days a little below
your 1600 average. Then got back to 1600. Seriously. This often
will get the weight loss started again. And even if it doesn't, an
extra couple of hundred calories isn't going to hurt you.
