This is the first time I've tried the calorie counting method in

conjunction with the Atkins Diet. It's working quite well.

I was once an obese girl that crave for absolutely anything sweet. After

lose weight, you need to eat less calorie than you can burn on each day to

lose weight. And for that, I'm still counting my calorie till this day. Since

Give it a try and start counting your calorie.

Most everyone here has done calorie counting which for weight loss is

basically a starvation diet, and failed big time.

Agree. Counting calories is easy. The hunger most people experience

when doing it to try to lose weight makes it very unpleasant and very difficult to do for any length of time. It never worked for me.

What I meant was counting calories itself is easy to do
and sounds simple, but losing weight by that method is very
difficult because of the typical hunger.
