what do you weigh and how tall are you?

dropping down carbs at this point is not likely to help as 30 g has
certainly lessened your desire appetite. so at this point you need to look
at HOW MUCH food you are eating vs how much exercie you're getting. if you
weigh 300 lbs then 2.5 miles might be something significant, but otherwise
it is not likely to do much for you. You should consider doing more
exercise and paying closer attention to how much you are eating. Weight
training is a good option, too.
