Meal replacement way of dieting
Everyone will consider their own stuff superior to everyone else
I am not talking about met-rx vs. eas. One poster used the following litmus
test:
'Does the food have preservatives, etc. in them . . .'
.. . . to determine if the food is engineered or not. If that is the test
then 95% of the grocery store is engineered and I am sure that the
supplements companies would disagree that their MRPs are like the junk sold
in grocery stores.
Which MRP is better, met-rx, twin lab, eas, weider nutrition, etc. is a
different argument and thread.
