How do I make non-fat egg-white salad?
Easy. Boil regular eggs and keep only the whites.
Chop them with a small cube of Tofu. Add circumin, salt, pepper, low
fat/no fat mayonnaise and yellow mustard. Also add some finely chopped
onions and about a cup of finely chopped celery. Also a little mint and
some celery seeds for great flavour.
Do let it sit for a while.
Spread on toast points or Wasa crackers. great snack.
