Low carb diets
In the recent Atkins books, I caught a couple of sentences that
indicate it IS about calorie reduction.
All I absorbed from that is it doesn't matter what you intake, it is
how MUCH you intake-whether it be eggs, steak, potatoes, rice or cake.
When I read that, I thought-WHY AM I SUFFERING? WHY NOT EAT CARBS?
I just choose more wheat over white-to increase fiber and enjoy my
carbs, just lighten up the amount of food I eat.
Problem solved....
