I lost less than i thought i would it was.2 but it was a loss and that means
not a gain, and that is good.
I have not been exercising, there are several reasons, and that is my goal
this week, i am aiming for at least 3 complete set of the things i do in the
way of floor exercises and streching, its not much but its a start,
