Day 53 and still 25 pounds gone

Got on my scale today and the balance indicator did not go any lower
than 240. (It might have been a pound higher than that, but I didn't
move it to the right to see how high it went.) So still just 25 pounds
are gone.

I feel great this days on my diet! I have a lot more energy than
before and I have almost no hunger. My thoughts and memory seem pretty
clear. Speaking before groups is not difficult, etc. Certainly I feel
a lot better than on those days I overdid it the day before, with
terrible sleep.

I hope everyone finds techniques that work for them to help them be
"good enough for long enough!" Not very much fun losing weight, but
few things can be more health-enhancing for people!
