Default Online folks - looking for "pick-me-up-guide" or

And I remembered and posted the recipe a bit ago. I may do it
tomorrow if I can remember a lime.

The shrimp recipe sounds great. DH HATES seafood that have any kind of
shell, so it's just Nicholas and I that eat it. It's funny because Nicholas
and I will both eat shrimp, prawns, oysters, clams, crab, scallops,
mussells, etc. Most times DH has a hard time just sitting at the same table
as us when we eat seafood that is anything other than fish. Oh well, he
doesn't know what he's missing!!

Well, tonight's is fresh tuna grilled foreman style.

After I get home from the movie, I will post the shrimp recipe if I
don't forget.

I seem to remember a set of menus for each week BEFORE we switched to the
FlexPlan in Canada, but the menus now are quite different.

Yup - that's it - the pick me up guide. It is offered along with the
pie charts and the protein/carbs sheets that are also mentioned.

Maybe they do not offer it electronically yet.

Funny, they do not have it available online YET??

It is a 20 point set of menues for a week with variations for some of
the meals. Legal size and can be folded in eights with the seven days
and a "cover sheet."

Actually, a friend is interested in it which is why I've been seeking
it out. And electronic would be convenient.

I've search the Canadian Online site, but could find nothing. DH is

I
think if there was something like this in the form of a pdf or other
electronic version, he would have found it.

I did a google search and found the references to the Pick Me Up Guide

on
the following pages:

It sounds like it's something rather new, so perhaps they will

introduce
it
at your meetings soon.
