Skepticism is a healthy attribute. Fortunately, those claims are
pretty easy to test on yourself (the person you should care about
most).
Or you can wait for "studies."

It's not a beneficial source of anything.
Except maybe HUGE profits for the food companies, drug companies, and
organizations like the ADA.
