How to Get in the Best Shape of your life?
The biggest question for everyone trying to lose weight, gain muscle or
just get healthier is how do I do it? First thing is you need to know your goals. Do you want to get bigger? Leaner? Lower your cholesterol? Lose weight? or any othe fitness goal. Start with a goal and then set a plan. When setting up your plan put everything on paper. Make sure you have a reference to go to and give yourself room to adjust your plan as your body and fitness levels change. You will also want to adjust depending on how successful your plan is going. Remember there is nothing wrong with changing some things as long as you are still working towards your goal. For example, Maybe a certain supplement is not working for you so you try something new, that is a good change. A bad change is you didnt get results in 2 week so you go on an oreo binge. Like everything in life you need to work for the body you want both inside and out. Just remember to keep at it and never quit. If something does not work improvise, adapt, and overcome. For more on fitness I have started a blog at http://fit4you-ed.blogspot.com/ Drop by and let me know what you think. |
