I've been away from low-carb for a few years and the results show.

Anyway, I got into ketosis this morning and went to Publix looking for
Atkins shakes and they don't have them and I am having trouble finding local
retailers that do.

Anyone know a retail chain and is carrying Atkins?

In the years you've been away Doc Atkins is dead, and so is most of the
stuuf with his name on it. Good diet, way of eating, but pretty lousy
storebought food. IMHO.

While I agree most of the products are barely edible, others like them
as www.netrition.com carries a lot of the Atkins products.

I believe that walmart may carry them.

Also, IIRC, Netrition as a very good shipping policy if you place a big
order...only $5 for ground. This might be good for shakes.

In Indiana, both the Martins and krogers grocery stores, several
pharmacies and walmart and kmart....

I'd just start calling around to the stores in your area.

good luck

if you can't find them, you might want to consider buying a low carb
protein powder (I like carb solutions chocolate) and make your own.
It's definitely cheaper.

If you can avoid them, please save your money. The human body evolved
on food from natural sources and does not need these shakes. I never
liked that the Atkins center sells them.

Yes, they did. Thanks.

I plan on having one at 11:00AM and 2:00PM at work.

I am having issues with a co-worker that is making it very difficult to eat
in the company lunchroom so this will solve two problems.
