Default Sweet 15... 15 pounds off that is!!!

Hola,

I just wanted to say that I have lost 15 pounds. It is a small
milestone but I do feel great about it. How did I celebrate it? With
a cup of sugar free jello with strawberries inside it and some whipped
cream on top!!!! Only 4 carbs.

And that recipe with spinach and cream, yummy. I used both heavy
cream and coconut milk and it was awesome! Have to keep my Caribbean
tastebuds happy

Ok, so I'm not yet really into it, but... does "Member since Oct 03" mean
that you're on the low-carb thing since that date? And you've lost 15 pounds
in about a month!?
Greetz,

*confused*

Well, yes and no...

I have been doing LC since Oct 10 to be exact... So that is 15 pounds
in 6 weeks. We all know that in the beggining the pounds come off
easily, plus the more overweight you are the more you lose.

There is not much about it...

I put a 1/8 c of either heavy cream/cream cheese/coconut milk on a
pan. Then I added a cup of frozen spinash. Salt and pepper to taste.

You can play with this recipe and add things that you like.
