Default Pedometer Reading Sunday 6/27

Goal: 12,000
Actual: 12,025+

(forgot to put my pedometer back on when I changed my clothes at 5 p.m. -- but I
didn't walk a whole lot after that -- maybe 200 -300 steps?

Goal 10k
actual: 8645+

I also forgot to put mine back on after changing clothes.
I had a lower goal because I knew I was going on a decent bike ride (15 mi).

I'm so jealous of your hikes around the countryside. They always sound so
nice and relaxing.

Well, Beverly, I guess I'm a little jealous of your biking abilities
Hikes in the countryside are certainly mentally relaxing, but they can
be quite energetic physically.

With over 25,000 steps, I'd say so! Great job, Janice!

Mary
