Has anyone tried the Coldstone Non-Fat, Sugar Free French vanilla
Ice Cream? I tried some last night, mixed with nuts. Since I am
not sure what is in it, I don't know if it is really low carb, but
it didn't affect my blood sugar negatively, and it wasn't bad.

I tried it once before. I thought it tasted great. I had it mixed with
strawberries, in the smallest size they offered. It's a big serving for ice
cream, I think. I agree with the other poster to try and split it.

Their website lists the nutritional information as:
Sinless Sans Fat Sweet Cream
Serving Weight: 170grams "Like it"
Calories: 180
Fat: 0
Sodium: 190
Carbs: 43
Fiber: 1
Sugar Alcohols: 10g
*Sugars: 14g
Protein: 9g

*The sugar found in Sinless Sans Fat Sweet Cream is lactose, a naturally
occuring sugar found in milk.

Thanks for the info. I looked on the site, and must be stupid because I
couldn't find it.

Are you trying to lose weight?

Yes, and watch carbs. My wife talked me into trying it, but
I won't do it often.
