Default Low-cal treat

Here is a treat that I often make when I am hungry. It is based on the
cinnamon toast idea. Actually, it IS cinnamon toast but I use lite
bread such as Nature's Own Light. A full-sized slice has 40 calories
due to having more fiber than most other bread. Toast the bread and
mix together some cinnamon, nonfat PRomise margarine and a Splenda and
spread it on top. Two of these has about 100 calories. I often eat
many more than two because it is delicious. dkw
