Default Food & Exercise -- 9/21/2003

Food (all at home):

10:00: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole grain bread w/ 3 slices melted
f/f cheese

2:00: 1 package Tuna Creations (5 oz.) w/ 2 tbsp. f/f mayo

5:00: protein shake; 1 oz. peanuts

7:15: 5 1/3 oz. ground chicken; lettuce (sauteed the chicken w/
garlic, scallions, a little shredded carrots, and spices -- wrapped in
lettuce leaves to eat)

11:00: energy bar

Totals: 1320 calories, 52g fat (35%), 76g carbs (23%), 138g protein
(42%) -- Rather low on calories, but I'm not hungry for more and am
going to bed now.

Exercise: None to speak of -- a little shopping and housework.
