I'm posting last weeks WI and this weeks is almost upon me already! Anyway,
last week I was down 2.6 lbs. Earlier in the week I was down by 8 lbs, but
I know that it was mostly just loss of fluids.

Our Canadian Thanksgiving came and went and I really didn't overdo it on the
turkey, mashed potatoes or stuffing. Ate mostly yams, brussels sprouts,
carrots and salad, then there was the pie.....pumpkin pie is one of my
downfalls. DS and I ended up eating most of it last week, so now that's
gone and I won't be making more any time soon :-)

Today I've got a venison stew in the oven to slow cook for the afternoon.
Will take half to my grandma tomorrow and then I'll keep the other half for
us...not that anyone else here will eat it, but it's low in fat and has lots
of veggies - will make good lunches for me this week at work. The weather
is crappy today, so it's looks like a stew kind of week.

Hope everyone else had a good week! Will try to remember to post my WI
tomorrow earlier than this one was posted.

Brenda

Pumpkin pie is one of mine too. Its not the so much the pie though,
it's the whipped cream and ice cream I seem to think I need to have
with it, is more of my problem.

I make a crustless pumpkin pie that's 1 point per slice.

You should really try the WW crustless pumpkin pie! I made it for
Thanksgiving and it was very good. The whole pie is only 5 points...just
put a bit of Cool Whip light on the top and it's fabulous! I also made a
pumpkin pudding which is 2 points for 1 cup.
