Their regular Italian: 80 calories, 9g fat, 3g carbs (2 sugar), 0g protein. The one additional gram of sugar in the fat-free does not seem to justify calling it "filled with sugar" in contrast to the regular. Maybe it just tastes a lot sweeter to you, but I've not found it so. Maybe that's an indirect effect of the lower fat content? Personally, I don't care for most full fat dressings, as I don't like oily things much. (This isn't a diet thing; I never have.) I don't think it particularly matters which you choose, as long as it fits your diet guidelines. For me, this is an easy way to save calories since I like the f/f dressing fine. Chris |

I just spoon a heaping teaspoon full of dijon mustard in, pour in a couple of tablespoons of 365 balsamic vinegar from Bread & Circus (the BEST balsamic according to Best of Boston), a little splash of EVOO, and then season to taste. I love EVOO (extra virgin olive oil), so at home, I just use EVOO and red wine vinegar. The f/f Italian is too "bitey" for me. But hey, find something that works, right? : ) Martha |

Heck, we stayed dressed in sweats our entire trip, it was so cold in July that year. I won't even talk about the bugs on steroids. Great for stargazing and sports, dismal for shopping and other city stuff. I believe that's about how the tourist bureau describes the area in their brochures You've got it in a nutshell. Bugs on steroids = why I run at 5 AM instead of 5 PM. We're hoping to do a canoe trip in the Boundary Waters (or go over the border to Quetico), we didn't get to it this year. Jennifer |

I like Wendy's Chicken Nuggets (5 pc.) - 210 Calories, 14 grams of Fat and
side salad 60 Calories, 3 grams of Fat. I know this is a too much fat, but I make up for it by eating lower fat the rest of the day.
