Food & Exercise -- 7/5/2007
Went for a run this morning. (I don't usually run on consecutive
days, as I want to be careful with my once-bad knees. But this week I've done three days in a row with no ill effect. I'm pleased by that.) In the afternoon I went to work at the conservancy and then stopped by the winery for a while. Food: * 8:45 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 1:00 (conservancy, brought with me): sandwich w/ Healthy Choice ham (~2 oz) & 2 slices f/f cheese on whole wheat bun w/ mustard * 3:30 -- 5:00 (winery): 2 glasses wine * 5:00 (home): 1 peach * 6:45 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup * sometime later (planned): some cherries Exercise: * 7:45: 3-mile run Chris 262/130s/130s |
