ovverslept so no WI but i am well pleased with my food choices and i didn't
over or under eat yesterday which was physicall/emotionally/mentally/and
money stressful to about my max... we took all of our cats to the vet... we
had much excitement, hissing and a kitty escape to the great outdoors when
we got home... but i neither ate too much or ate too little... i am very
proud of that.

Lee if you had a good week as far as the food choices go you should be
fine. I hope the kitty that escaped finally came home.

she wasn't out for over a half hour, she ran next door, under a trailor,
started crying when she couldn't figure out how to get out, DH walked around
to where she needed to be and called her, she went right to him, she is
totally his cat, so it worked out... although she hissed at him when he got
her in, like... you should have stayed out there with me... she is such a
spoiled brat.

food choices were good and i think i lost a little but we will see next
week,

thanks for answering,

Lee

I'm not going to meetings at the moment. Too much has happened in RL,
and I can't get my head to where meetings are going to happen. But I'm
back on track and going down again this week. I want to get back to
where I'm comfortable and right now the fibro and work stuff are
stressing me too much for meetings to be a comfortable place for me.
I'm trying to work on calming projects and not stress too much over the
physical stuff, but it's hard not to worry when sleepless nights leave
my too tired and in too much pain to swim or walk far. It starts a
vicious cycle...

pain sucks but sometimes the meds, providing they actually help, are worse
than the pain.

I am glad you are back on track, that will help. i need my meetings, i am
not really sure what would happen if i missed more than 2 in a row.
