The stupid url in their post should've been enough to tip you off.
You've been online long enough to know better.

Default diet advice?

Ron,
The things that worked for me a

1) Weights - weight lifting seemed to increase my metabolism, I could eat as
much and still lose weight

2) Atkins - if you follow Atkins the pounds just drop off - just difficult
to follow - I went from 195 to 175 in less than 3 months

3) I'm trying the Alli OTC pill now - 3 to 4 a day. I have little to no side
effects, but I haven't used it long enough to tell how well it will work,
just a week now.

I don't recommend the ephedrine type diet pills, they seem to have adverse
side effects both physically and mentally with friends that have used them.

My 2 cents worth, good luck, Dean

Hi everyone! I'm new here, but was wondering whether anyone had any
good advice for me. I've tried everything to lose weight - exercise,
trying to eat 'right' - etc, but nothing has worked for me. I don't
know what to do.

Friends are telling me to try diet pills, especially this new Alli
drug everyone keeps talking about, but I just don't know...

Any ideas on where I could find some good diet pill info? I have
checked out this site, and it has pretty good stuff on
diet pills and weight loss - http://dietpilldictionary.com but I
would also like some others. Thoughts? Thanx!

Ron
