Millet question!
I was digging around in the store cupboard last night and came across
some millet... Not in a packet, in a storage jar, so no nutritional info at all! Anyone got any ideas what the point values are for millet, or some nutritional info so I can work it out? I need the KCALs and saturated fat content to work it out in my UK WW Database calculator. This is husked millet seed people food, not bird food! -- Kate XXXXXX Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.diceyhome.free-online.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |
