Hey all -
I was in the grocery store looking at popcorn today. I noticed two

nutritional
value columns on every box I looked at: One for unpopped popcorn (higher
numbers in calories and everything else), one for popped popcorn (lower).

Why would you eat unpopped popcorn? Wouldn't that be the brown kernels?

Why
would the nutritional value change once you pop the kernels in the

microwave?

Thanks!
Jen

I'm with you. I can't imagine eating unpopped popcorn -- too hard on the
teeth!
