Default Black soybeans, is there anything they can't do?

Just found these for the first time. Made by Eden Organic, they come
in a can and look very similar to black beans. They taste pretty good
out of the can too, a little less flavorful than regular black beans.
The can lists them as 1g net carbs per 1/2 cup. I've seen other
similar soybean products that are higher, so to be safe I'd count them
as 4g or so, but still very low carb.

I took some green pepper and onion, sweated them in a fry pan with
some olive oil, added some previously cooked chopped bacon. When the
peppers are softened, add in the black beans and simmer for 10 mins.
Unbelievably good as a side dish!

This morning I made an omelete using the above prepared beans and
added some cheese. With some tabasco and ketchup on top, wow was it
good! You can also use these beans for chili.
