Day 6 and 4 pounds gone. In a hundred days I hope to have 50 poundsgone.
Dieting is never easy - lots of icebergs to avoid, lots of changes to
make. But it's a matter of physics, chemistry. Fewer calories in than you need to support your weight and you will lose the pounds, ounces, etc. Make those calories fewer by dieting and/ or exercise. I'm doing both. No magic, no nonsense, just nose to the grindstone and fewer calories in than you need to support your current weight. From my perspective, I want a reasonably big weight loss to maintain motivation. Mildly changing doesn't work for me and I don't think it really helps to motivate a lot of people. Hope everyone does well! Many of the names have changed since I was last here, but I sure hope everyone makes her/his goal and is supportive of others in their quest to lose weight. Yours, Caleb |
