So.

I'm still alive, still losing weight, still eating healthy. A little less
than 8 pounds from goal; 1.5 pounds per week will see me there. The last
few pounds are proving more stubborn to lose but I'll not give up.

This past weekend I allowed my photo to be taken while I was wearing a
swimsuit! It was a one-piece and for the first time in a very long time I
wasn't embarrassed. I even went out onto the front lawn to have the picture
made!

Hi Dewolla - it's good to hear from you, I've missed your updates.
Glad things are still going well.

I took a picture about five months ago and haven't bothered to take a

can't honestly say that I ca the weight loss of a pound a month is
painless - it's just happening on its own as I practice maintenance.

yup this is what I'm doing too, a kind of maintenance loss. At a 24.0
BMI, any downward trend in fat % is a good trend and I'll take it...

I
guess it helps that I'm below my original goal... I just had to keep
setting the goal lower as I lost LBM :-(.

me too. I was thinking I'm too old to regain LBM, but I "thought"
losing fat % was hard so what-the-hell do I know???
