In the end, it's not the number than matters, it's the mirror. True, if the measuring device can be counted on for some sort of consistency. I personally don't find that to be the case with bodyfat scales. I've had them put me at both several % points under and over what caliper or hydrostatic says I am. So I can't even count on them to be consistently inaccurate in any one direction. |
