Default supplements

I have been adding supplements to my diet b/c I just can't eat enough food
to get my recommended daily doses of good stuff and still stay healhty! I
would not be able to move if I ate that much food!
so i added the acai berry supplement. I did lots of research and settled
on the ones from this site:

I've been doing good...i feel clearer, focused, energetic, and not has
hungry...I am losing weight since taking them too!

what supplements have you tried and what results have you seen/felt?

One meal at a time!
