Food & Exercise -- 6/16/2004
Food:
8:30 (home): 30g Hi-Lo cereal, 30g whey protein, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk 11:45 (work -- brought chicken & salad dressing from home): salad w/ 1 cup spinach leaves, 1 cup mixed fruit, an ounce or so each of carrots and broccoli, 132g grilled chicken breast, 2 tbsp f/f ginger soy dressing 5:00 (massage studio): 1 hard candy 6:00 (home): 1 oz. cashew nuts 7:30 (home): 128g grilled salmon; 120g grilled portabella mushroom slices; 3 mint meringue cookies Totals: 1139 calories, 31g fat (25%), 107g carbs (38%), 124g protein (44%) {Not really enough calories, I think, but my stomach was a tad queasy in the afternoon and I didn't feel like eating the apple I'd brought with me.} Exercise: 12:00 -- 3 mile brisk walk {That's all -- gym day off.} Chris 262/146/ (145-150) |
