Day 15 - 4 pounds lost in one week

I have continued to exercise and I have lowered my calorie count to around 1000 a day. I don't like the fact that I have lost 4 pounds in a week, it shouldn't have been more than two. I want to do this the healthy way. I guess I will have to up my calories to 1200 a day. Then again, I was stuck at 205 for about 3 weeks, so maybe it just my body coming off the plateau. It could be the exercising that has jumped-started my weight loss. So here is the question, do I up my calorie intake or just wait to see what happens next week? Jackie Ps. No food dreams last night. Just 7 wonderful hours of uninterrupted sleep. |
