Food & Exercise -- 7/24/2007
Went for my usual morning run. In the afternoon I worked at the
conservancy and then stopped by the winery for a while. (I was kind of hoping we'd do moth traps again, as it was a beautiful day for a hike. But it didn't work out today -- just did office work.) Food: * 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & chopped dates * 10:45 (home): energy breakfast cookie * 12:45 (conservancy, brought with me): sandwich w/ 1 slice whole wheat bread & ~2 oz. ham * 4:00 (winery): 2 glasses wine; 6 whole grain crackers w/ Boursin cheese * 7:45 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup Exercise: * 7:00: 3 mile run Chris 262/130s/130s |
