HHH and NYNY - Laura P
HHH
Back to my normal two walks a week this time - I want to keep 2 per week as my minimum goal at the moment, but I'm getting in more 'unofficial' exercise at the moment anyway with walking around a steep (ish) university ;o) NYNY Up half a pound this week to 147... oops... Not really worried, because I *did* eat out twice this week, which is more than normal ;o) After my loss of 3.5 last week, it's still an overall loss of 3 over the two weeks, so I'm pleased with that anyway.
