Default Week 6 - I WENT!

I enjoyed Easter weekend with abandon (get togethers Saturday and
Sunday!) LOL! I didn't use any of the strategies for holidays that we
talked about in last week's meeting either....except that I didn't
bring any food home with me even though my hostess wanted me to!!!

But you know what...it's okay, because I made the choice to enjoy the
holiday and the splendor. I had some brownies and rich macaroni and
cheese and the like. These are special treats and aren't normally a
part of my regular diet (at least not fully leaded!). And even though
I had a gain this week it was expected and it wasn't bad and I'm
already back on track. That weight will come off! And the only
expectation I had for myself was that I would go tot he meeting and
"face the music" no matter what...and I did that. So that's my
accomplushment for this week.

Now onto Week 7!!!

Default Week 6 - I WENT!

I think holidays and get togethers are my biggest downfall... a nibble here,
a plate there, a stand up and munch here, and a "ooooh, you have to try
this..." there. By golly, and the candy, oh the candy. I remember in my WW
meeting last year this season I commented out loud about needing a defense
to the Robin Eggs... hahaa...

Good on you Melissa for going to Wk. 6... I remember last year, when I knew
I had gained, I would put off going to the meeting just because I knew the
numbers would reflect the truth, and I didn't want to have to handle the
percieved "tsk tsk" that I'd get (Even though I never got that from them,
ever... funny how my mind plays tricks and lied to me). I vow to go to
every meeting until I meet my goal! I VOW! I VOW I SAY! : D And goal...
well... I'm really going to have to set it, and stick to it.
