Default Workout Music

Hey ASDLCers,

We're all working up a sweat for at least a half hour a day, 5 days a
week, right? So, for those of you who listen to music to help put a little
extra spring in your step, what do you listen to? I'm looking to add some
variety to my workout folder, so any suggestions are welcome.

Here's what I usually listen to (they're in alphabetical order because
that's what my mp3 player does, which means that some sections are heavy
on the uptempo stuff while others are a little slower, but it works out
reasonably well. Some of the songs aren't as performed by the original
artist. Where that is the case I've put in which version I'm listening to.

One of the reasons I bought my own free weights instead of going to the gym
was the resistance I got when I tried to listen to a classical radio station
: )

I find Limp Bizkit works best for me - Faith, Break Stuff, Nookie, My Way,
Rollin' (Air Raid Vehicle mix), and especially Full Nelson (which I
sometimes put on repeat for an entire workout.)

I also use the entire "Kill 'em All" album, Trapped Under Ice, Battery, Last
Caress/Green Hell all by Metallica.

The only music that gets me going is basically all about violence. I guess
it has something to do with venting a little anger...
