Default Little update

Hi guys,

After a looong weekend of partying, getting drunk and eating too much
(birthday and long-term boyfriend dumping me within a couple of days!) I
have put the weight I lost back on (about 4lb).

I don't regret it though, as I had a great time with my friends

Back to healthy eating! (no, really! *g*)

Rachel

Sorry that your boyfriend left you, but why are you punishing yourself by
eating badly? Food will never replace the need to explore your feeling and
own them. You have a right to be sad at being dumped but don't fill the
emptiness you now feel with food. Use this experience to grow beyond
emotional eating. You have been presented with a challenge and it is up to
you whether you use it for grow or back sliding. Good luck, we are here to
help you if you want.

I know what you mean Roxan. It was more of a "going out with friends, having
a meal" thing rather than eating by myself at home. I feel more liable for
calories when I'm eating at home for some reason!

Glad to hear you are not going to binge through your recovering from a sad
time in your life thing. Hang in there things change and you will see this
as a good thing soon.
