Default Afternoon pick me up?

Been struggling lately with fighting tiredness in the afternoons (isn't a
help in the afternoons here when we aren't busy and the phone doesn't ring).
I don't want to go the caffeine or stimulant route...

Does anyone have any tips or tricks that help through the drowsy
afternoons??

Water helps me, so do fruits..

I'll do fruits and yogurt sometimes... that seems to help..

A nap helps too, like 15-20 minutes.. but it's hard to do at work.. hehe
will~

1. Fresh air, stretch, splash face
2. Spread lunch over the afternoon rather than in one big lump

Fruits and yogurts are a big help to me too.

Also, if you can get up and walk around that makes a big difference.

Others have recommended this too, but let me put in a vote for a short
walk -- indoors or out. That always works for me. A glass of water or
other light drink might also help.
