Thanks for popping in at ASDLC.
Sorry to hear about your cyberstalker, but given the scope of your contact with the public, it should not be surprising. Some of us have wondered if you have had some regain. 95% of people do, eventually. Cubit 311/184.9/165 wrote in message oups.com... good god- disagreeing with someone in a public forum where their sons
can't delete and edit posts to say what they want to hear does not constitute "cyberstalking". George has no case, no cause and no reason to file any legal papers- he is a LIAR and is just throwing his celebrity around here to try and impress you. It's fairly pathetic. But then here is a guy that insisted his cheesecake only had 2 carbs in it and to prove that he lost 200 lbs.. I mean really-- his ability to reason logically is essentially non-existent. I am not the only one to have such awful experience with him! WHat he says publically and what he does privately are 2 entirely different matters. People need to use their brain- if what he said is true I'd be in jail already or at the very least a ceast and desist order would have been issued-- but I am not breaking any laws. Posting to a newsgroup is not "stalking". He flat out LIES when he says he has "harassing" emails and other "posts" from me. Furthermore, I don't even know (nor do I care to know) where he lives. Here's another woman who can testify to George's sleezy approach to people that disagree with him: http://groups-beta.google.com/group/...c664f7990ed303 Newsgroups: alt.support.diet.low-carb From: "Carmen"- Find messages by this author Date: 2000/11/23 Subject: OT: Our Behavior Beth, I sent him a politely worded question on where the unaccounted for 100 or so calories come from. Instead of answering the question, something he has yet to do, he attacked me personally, using such charming phrases as "count snot" and "I hope you rot". He also suggested that if I knew what *he* knows that I wouldn't be overweight. (Although I've reached goal and then some.) He's substantially more vicious in private than public communications, and he hasn't apologized for the private behavior - perhaps because he knows that ticking off one potential customer doesn't matter, only a large group of potential customers. I'm as forgiving as most, but there has to be *some* attempt to change the objectionable behavior. He's only done that when he's had an audience to play to. Just so you know some of the reasons he's persona non grata. Take care, Carmen `````````````````````````````````````````````````` `````````````````````` Be well, and try to be fair. Terra, I would like you to note that my father deleted all of his posts
from this newsgroup yesterday. I'm going to go delete all of my other posts now... I don't know what else we can do. This post will be deleted later tonight. |

I am asking you to please remove the messages that link to my private journal, for I do not wish to share that journal with everyone on these newsgroups... it does not pertain to weight loss and it does not belong here. Mine & Barbs Posts deleted. I'll ask SF bay to delete his. Not much
can be done about archived posts on other sites but they do eventually fall off the track as they are replaced by newer posts. Be Well, Terra .. |
