Hmmm, just realized I am showing up like George... forgot to add my
name to my weight line! It's Cynthia... posting on George's computer.

Gads I'll be glad when I have my own phone line and my machine is up!
Well, the mechanisms are rolling, made my deposit at the local phone
co. yesterday.

I suspected this all along. maybe you just love the guy so much you
want to be one with him in name :-)

I do love him, but that's not the reason. It was just an oversight on
my part. I have my copy of Agent on *my* computer set up, with various
sigs and all for my different groups. But it had been so long since
I'd done it, I'd forgotten about it. Sort of assumed my sig was
showing just because I was using Agent... even though NOT on my
computer! Having the sig appear was an automatic thing I rarely
thought about.

Now, I have to go in and out... as George has many other groups he
visits and I don't want to leave things with my name in... because
he's not likely to check his defaults to see if I've reset them.

It's a pain. Sooner or later, I'll forget to change back, and he may
find himself with my signature on his posts.

why not use oe on his computer. Or create another install of Agent that you
can use and setup w/ your sig and stuff. Remember, in agent you can set it
per group. (so in your case, I don't think george has posted to asd in
years, so you could change the info for just asd).

There's many different options you can do. I knwo for BF and myself, I
just setup different programs. Or different profiles, or something. We've
got 3 pc's at the house and we are all setup on each of them.

George doesn't have OE... and I really hate reading newsgroups with OE
anyway. Been there, done that. Agent addict now. I suppose I could do
another install of Agent. I know you can set up for a group, but
George does occasionally post to ASD... it's infrequent, but when I'm
posting, there's more likelihood he might chime in.

At any rate, it won't be that long until I have a phone line again,
then I can get an ISP and do my thing.

I prefer my trackball and my MS Natural keyboard anyway.

Well, I'd rather not use George's computer more than I can help. He
computes in different ways and his organization is way different from
mine. We could set up different profiles, but it'll be easier to just
be patient 'til my own computer is back up.

Welcome back Cynthia) I did post last week saying that I knew it
was you but found it very confusing that you hadn't put your name in
the sig line - especially as we had a new poster called George. Glad
you've regained your identity!

Default breakfast cereal is a joke...

Should help keep you from getting hungry as quick. Or, have some lean
meat with your cereal... equally as good!

Personally, getting hungry or getting pains was never a major problem for
me, once I finished the first week of dieting. During that time, I was
consuming water to deal with it and it seemed to work.

Nevertheless, this more protein suggestion sounds good. I'll look into it
futher and see what I can implement.

Cheers!

Alex

If you've been lurking at all, you may know that I signed up for the
Bootcamp offered at my Y.

You must be a masochist! Not only is it high impact aeorbics, but it
starts at 6am on a weekday! Ugh!

You're a better person than I!

Once you
are there, you will workout, and you will push hard and you'll benifit
from it. So GO!!! dammit - Go. :-)

I'm planning on it. It's Saturday morning and I'm going to go to the YMCA
today. Maybe some cardio and a dip in the pool this afternoon. I also
need to go and find a weigh scale and see exactly how much damage I've done
to myself! That should be fun!

Also, I'll be starting my FitStart program on Tuesday night, which is good.

So, I'm on my way!

WOW.. Congrats. And "other" plans in the works there? nudge,
nudge, hint, hint

Subtlety is your forte, isn't it?

Sorry, no other plans at this point in time.

Cheers!

Alex
