Medifast Help
I am getting ready to start on Medifast tomorrow. I've had the
products sitting on my kitchen counter for two weeks. I've tried to make it through an entire day twice already, and just can't seem to. I know it is all psychological. I start feeling sorry for myself and all alone in trying to do this, and then the minute someone offers me something I snatch it up. Basically, I could use a diet buddy. What I am asking is for some info from people who have gone through the liquid diet programs and been successful. There are very valid reasons that I have chosen Medifast over other programs that I really don't want to go into -- so please don't blast for me doing something "unhealthy," especially when you don't know my circumstances. My doctor strongly recommended this because of other problems I am having, I need to get a signfiicant amount of weight off quickly. I'm not stupid, I know this is not the ideal way to lose weight, but it is the lesser evil. So, please don't send me notes berating me on choosing this. Thank you. |

Ive never been through a liquid diet but I am supportive of your decision because it seems like you've given it due thought. I do a lot better with help from others too and maybe you could stay away from the "someone's" offering things to you. Good luck k |
